{"id":84,"date":"2014-03-20T01:49:28","date_gmt":"2014-03-20T01:49:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/covpc.ericnanz.com\/wp\/?page_id=84"},"modified":"2026-05-06T17:32:14","modified_gmt":"2026-05-06T21:32:14","slug":"volunteer-opportunities","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/covpcfm.com\/covenant\/volunteer-opportunities\/","title":{"rendered":"Volunteer Opportunities"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Memorial Service Reception Volunteers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&#8217;re seeking people with smiling faces to serve punch and other refreshments.&nbsp; No food preparation is required.&nbsp; The goal is to have enough volunteers so that no one has to serve more than once through the year.&nbsp; If you&#8217;re interested, please call the church office at 239-334-8937.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sanctuary Care Givers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Volunteers are needed to straighten up the pew racks and to return lost items to the church office.&nbsp; Care givers are welcome to work together any time during the week as long as the sanctuary is not in use.&nbsp; If you&#8217;re interested, please call the church at 239-334-8937.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sunday Morning Ushers and Greeter<\/strong>s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are willing to serve as an usher or greeter on Sunday mornings, please sign up at the Welcome Center in the courtyard, call the church office, or speak to Connie Burkert or Sue Coffman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sound Booth Operators<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is an exciting way to serve your church during Sunday worship, memorials, weddings and concerts.\u00a0 Interested applicants should contact the church office at 239-334-8937.
